On Friday, February 10th, Dr. Yarbrough announced to the Senior Class and the school community a final plan for graduation. According to Dr. Yarbrough, graduation will take place on May 26th – its original date – with the ceremony beginning at 9:00 AM on Paint Branch’s football field.

Dr. Yarbrough met with students to discuss the graduation issue after learning that there was a schedule conflict with DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, DC. After speaking with students, their families, and with administration and staff, the decision was made to bring graduation home to Paint Branch.
