Bethel Solomon, Staff Writer
Bethel Solomon is a junior at Paint Branch High School who has lived in the area for about seven years. At home, she has a younger sister who is 15 years old. One place she would like to travel to is Minnesota, which she says she’d like to do because “My grandfather lives in Minnesota. I haven’t seen him in a while.”
Like many people, Bethel says she couldn’t live without music as it is very important to her. When asked what her favorite song is she immediately points out “Borderline” by Ariana Grande.
One of her favorite foods is French fries, especially from Chick-fil-A. As for what her final meal would be, she answers, “It would be a lot, like Chick-fil-A, cheesecake, barbecue chips, and Dr. Pepper.” Another food she enjoys is strawberry ice cream, but she is clear that she does not like pineapple on pizza.
When it comes to her personal preferences, Bethel shares that she likes winter more than summer because she enjoys the cold weather. In the debate between TikTok and Instagram, she prefers TikTok, and also notes that she likes cats more than dogs.
The best gift she has ever received was her phone. If Bethel could have any superpower, she said it would be mind reading. She chose this because people lie a lot, and she does not like that. This shows that honesty is something she values.
From food, to family, to the idea of superpowers, Bethel is a grounded and thoughtful PB student.
