could go back? The problem is you can’t. It’s already been done.

Tattoos are one of the things that ruin peoples’ bodies and can cause them to have to get laser tattoo removal. This removes the artwork alright, but leaves a scar where it originally was. This is one reason not to get a tattoo, and so is knowing that when you get a tattoo, especially a tattoo on your neck. You are sending a message to everyone around you.

Alexandra, on her blog Searching for Style, wrote “5 Reasons Why Tattoos Are a Bad Idea,” an article that tries to get people to think about the tattoos they get. She says that most tattoos are inconvenient and are a waste of time. “You are probably not ready to make permanent decisions about your life, so why would you make them about your appearance?” asks Alexandra.

One popular tattoo is a person’s name. However, that person should not be your girlfriend or boyfriend, because if you break up, you’re stuck with it.  On her blog, Alexandra also says, “… and don’t be stupid and tattoo a name on yourself (unless it is a family member or someone who is dead, that is ok, sometimes).”

So if you are thinking about a tattoo, ask yourself: Is it really worth it?
