Sushi is Life

“Eww, raw fish!”  A common misconception that all sushi rolls contain raw fish. In fact, sushi can be anything you want it to be. To truly enjoy sushi, you just have to explore the menu. While I personally don’t see myself eating raw fish (probably because I’m Bengali; we love our fish COOKED), it doesn’t stop me from eating other types of sushi.

I love ordering Spicy California Roll. Yeah, I know it’s not as authentic as the Maki Roll, but it’s cooked crabmeat with pieces of cucumber and spicy mayo sauce. It’s delicious! I’ve tried many Spicy California Rolls from several restaurants and stores, but my taste buds can’t forget the first time I ordered sushi from Siu’s Asian Bistro, a Japanese restaurant right on Tech Road. Despite the fact that the restaurant is only five minutes away from where I live, I just opt my for food to be delivered. While this means that I can’t tell you much about the inside of the restaurant, I can say that the customer service is good, and your order will be delivered to you in under 45 minutes. You just have to be patient.

Siu’s Asian Bistro is the only place I will spend my money when it comes to sushi. From the reviews I read online from customers who’ve actually dined at the restaurant, they’re in love with the sushi as much as I am. Whether it’s the Spicy California Roll or the Spicy Tuna Roll or even the Goddess Roll, Siu’s will never disappoint me.
