Sage Suddleson, Editor-In-Chief
Sage Suddleson has worked on the Mainstream since Freshman year, first as a staff writer and then as the Entertainment Editor. Now, as a Junior, they are excited to take on the responsibility of Editor-In-Chief and help their fellow Journalism students create upcoming issues of the newspaper.
In their free time, they enjoy listening to pop punk and alternative music, such as Paramore, My Chemical Romance, and Fall Out Boy. They like playing video games like The Sims and Stardew Valley, and are interested in comics, in particular Nightwing, Spider-Man, and Superman, among others. They also love spending time with their family, friends, and their seven-year-old labradoodle named Rocky.
A voracious reader, they are currently attempting to read fifty books by the end of 2024. Favorite genres include fantasy, realistic fiction, LGBTQIA+ fiction/romance, and any story which mixes one or more of these genres. They hope to become a librarian.
